THE LONE POINT
THE ONE THING TO KNOW FOR YOUR SUCCESS

I always like to indulge myself to study many things throughout my childhood.
My desire to excel beyond the ordinary always fueled my study and work efforts.
Working on different day to day tasks is what I used to think that a normal person should strive for.
But as I went on my highschool years I began seeing how hard it is for my mind to actually keep up at things. I became bad at subjects, my way of thinking became more blurry and my decision making rusted.
The problem becomes more prominent as I move a grade higher. What once was an easy task for me to do became so much of an annoyance. I was never able to focus on my subjects, my mind would wander throughout the day and the information that’s being said has gone from one ear and out to the other.
The mind is truly a gift and a curse at the same time.
It can be a powerful weapon that can be used to create something beautiful or to commence destruction. The people that surround us will dictate everything by putting their ideologies, dogma, beliefs and experience into us. Which will be crafted to become yours overtime.
Know that we are slaves to our ambitions and goals.
The human spirit is not designed to indulge into deep pleasure; we are made to focus and finish our duty in life, but we always tend to confuse ourselves from the idea of pleasure and the idea of satisfaction.
Both are different.
One gives you the sense of climax you get from the matter.
The other gives you fulfillment from the work you do.
Okay so what does this newsletter tackle?
THE ONE IMPORTANT THING is our topic
We human beings like to be resourceful towards others, cause we have the fear of being left alone. As humans from the past work with a tribe to get food, and build shelters.
Today’s society is different.
We have the internet and social media and yet we are alone.
We create and learn many different things in our lives but none seems to stick.
Because once we try to get into the habit of learning a new skill, our mind doesn’t seem to cooperate and by 2 weeks or even 2 DAYS you quit.
This repeated cycle is the current problem that most teenagers and young adults face.
Majority of us when learning, we bombard our schedules and tasks with many different matters. Our inclination is to remain engaged, whether it's interacting with others, gaming, writing, designing, or creating. The preference is always to invest our focus in something purposeful and productive.
The misconception often circulates that multitasking leads to increased productivity by day's end. Whilst there may have some small percentage of truths in that but for the most cases, many of them are just pure bs.
You and I always ask ourselves why we get anxious and overwhelmed by our work when creating a schedule or a to-do list for learning and working.
Because we aren’t FOCUSED enough to be able to work on it.
Our mind can handle 74 gigabytes of information each day.
Even a phone storage which has 128 gb gets laggy if its storage is close to being full.
There is a massive amount of information to explore.
Abundance of opportunities can overwhelm.
A deluge of opinions fosters anxiety.
Amidst the chaos, clarity must be sought through persistence.
Retreating at the first sign of struggle is not an option.
In all of these we all need to just simplify things, and how we can simplify it.
To start.
Just focus on the ONE thing.
Here’s what you need to know:
1. ONE THING
We have 24 hours in a single day, and some of us has to work 8 hours in their shift. Some have to go to school, which means that in that little time we have. We haven’t truly done our important work.
If you think about it.
How come others can complete task after task after task?
Some of y’all buy a bunch of to-do list software so you could cram as many as possible just to call it a productive day is bullshit!
Being productive does not mean we should put everything in a single day.
It should be the opposite.
It’s about doing “LESS”
Some read books about how to do the work. Where the answer for that question is just DO THE WORK.
Others even go to webinars and seminars, just to get that gold nugget that they’re hoping to solve their work loads. Which I don’t recommend at all.
Do this:
1. In a single day, create a to-do list and put atleast 10 task only.
2. Now create a success list. This will be your 1-3 IMPORTANT TASK. it will not be more than 3
3. Your brain will create many reasons and excuses as to why only 3, and you must fight your way to silent that monkey brain.
4. In those 3 task, PICK ONE you should do first thing tomorrow morning. The other 2 will be followed after the first one.
5. By then you can slowly pick the other 3 important things that you must do until you’ve accomplished all of the 10 items.
6. Repeat the cycle for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and forever. This is a Lifestyle.
Reminder: This will takes time and iteration, so don’t beat yourself up if you find it hard to do.
In my experiences that I’ve encountered in my life I’ve noticed that picking something easy will put you in a boring state. It can cause you to be distracted for how easy the task is.
You can’t pick the hardest one, yet I do recommend you doing that.
If you’re starting out I want you to pick somewhere in the middle. Not easy yet not hard, find the balance for your work.
2. YOUR PERSPECTIVE OF LIFE
When striving to accomplish your tasks, it's essential to consider the factors that influence your beliefs and life philosophy.
A 'philosopher' might prioritize intellectual pursuits over practical life aspects. Yet, if a philosopher can't establish a business, find mental ease, or excel socially, their philosophy remains hollow.
A critical notion to grasp is that our reasoning evolves daily across all facets of life. We are not the same individuals we were a day, a week, or even years ago. Our minds and thought processes are in a constant state of evolution.
As we encounter diverse and intricate information in our daily experiences, our perspectives and viewpoints shift. Our responsibility is to recognize these shifts, pinpoint them, and channel our energy toward the most pertinent matters.
3. THE OVER ALL PURPOSE
This is a fundamental truth: everything in life requires a purpose to be guided properly.
Without a clear purpose, it's imperative to uncover one without delay.
Alignment between your purpose and every facet of your life is paramount. Whether it's your diet or your profession, this alignment ensures consistent and principled actions in the world.
If you've identified your purpose, your profound desire, the key to triumph lies in structuring your life to bolster this purpose while minimizing distractions and deviations.
When your pursuits lack connection to your core purpose, they become disjointed. Work becomes merely a job, a means of income. Interactions with family and friends, though frequent, become unremarkable moments that lack inherent significance.
“Without a conscious life-purpose a man is totally lost, drifting, adapting to events rather than creating events. Without knowing his life-purpose a man lives a weakened, impotent existence, perhaps eventually becoming even sexually impotent, or prone to mechanical and disinterested sex.” — David Deida
Allow me to emphasize that my assertion about focusing on a single task isn't a mere exaggeration. Our minds are designed to concentrate on one task at a time, and attempting to switch between tasks often leads to mental confusion.
This concept boils down to SIMPLICITY.
The complexities of life should be minimized. While the allure of material possessions like cars, money, and relationships exists, the crucial question to ask is: do these things align with your purpose? Do they provide the fulfillment you seek in life?
Consider the structure of education. In school, we delve into many different subjects all at once like for example biology, chemistry, mathematics, physics and literature. These subjects are often disconnected, lacking holistic perspectives, creativity, and practicality that drive remarkable outcomes.
Upon completing formal education, we’ve been compelled to choose a single path for the rest of our lives, despite the fact that we're still exploring our potential.
This kind of expectation forces us into premature decisions about our lifelong pursuits. But can we truly know what we want at such an early stage?
This approach is boring and it also risks dampening our innate curiosity and stifling our creativity.
This binary approach results in warriors who lack intellectual depth and intellectuals who lack courage.
Why choose the boring path when you can explore different aspects in your life and career, we call that the pathless path
With the introduction of the internet, society underwent a profound transformation.
Businesses and various platforms began to operate online and offline, creating new opportunities and avenues for growth.
Knowing this we have now an option in our lives to choose on what we we want to become
THE GAP

In my younger years, I had a habit of observing others and my surroundings.
“Everything looks the same,” I say.
However, as time goes on and we age, we begin to notice a substantial gap, a HUGE GAP emerging between ourselves and our peers. This gap can manifest as differences in finances, physical well-being, career progress, and many other aspects.
This shift in perspective demands our attention because during our youth, we always develop this faulty mindset that questions:
Why should we strive for more when everyone seems to be on a similar path and looks the same. This is influenced by the people associated with your life. Your circle shapes who you are as a person.
Be mindful of that.
At this stage, we may lack a sense of purpose and self-belief.
In response, many advise us to live life fully in our youth, implying that later in life, we'll become grumpy and old. While I’m not saying that you should not be enjoying your life, pleasures contribute to cherished memories and experiences, it's crucial not to allow yourself to be eaten by the desires because these moments become distractions that lead us astray vision and purpose in life.
Should you desire to immerse yourself deeply in your work while maintaining social interactions, it's imperative to strike a balance between the two.
Or, you may choose the path of being the motherfucker who focuses on a single pursuit in life, although that doesn't necessarily mean you must only become a work addict.
While the latter suggestion might make it seem like you'd be neglecting other aspects of life, it's important to establish clear boundaries between work and personal time.
THE MIND OF THE LONE PATH
There are countless of ideas that a person will do to ignore their work
I don’t know why, but just like me we know what we should be doing and yet we still ignore the work and to continue the random things that won’t contribute to our work and to our visions for ourselves in the future.
So how come we as humans do this as a daily basis.
Welp, It all comes down to how we position our psychology and philosophy.
PSYCHOLOGY
The reason you haven’t achieved a goal is that you aren’t the person that would have achieved the goal.
Every new goal you set is like throwing an anchor into the unknown.
Every new goal you set demands a new worldview, specific skills, and beliefs that form who you are.
The human mind works in weird and odd ways as we speak. You will always notice that your mind tends lean towards something that is popular.
Commonly known as the Shiny Object Syndrome.
Basically a Shiny Object Syndrome is when our emotions influences us so much that it takes out our focus in reality. Or sometimes the emotions creates the sense of neediness
It’s when you jump to one idea to another without ever sitting down and grinding on one idea first before jumping unto the next one. The Desire to “Learn” in a bad way.
It’s the desire that’s been put in your brain from other people that you watch and listen.
You hear that Iman Gadzhi’s SMMA is a must so you take it
But wait! You heard that the Hustler’s University is the key
Nah becoming an artist is way more fun and they pay well so I must buy these courses.
AND THEN, AND THEN.
And then what?
You must block out all of these desires to focus only on the ONE THING.
Sharpen and Strengthen your Focus and Willpower.
PHILOSOPHY
Everything always comes down to philosophy.
Because have this weird mindset of learning things. It’s always the:
Popular = Good
Unpopluar = Bad
Newer things = Good
Old information = Bad
Basically I want you to turn this weird philosophy in reverse.
Popular and Newer things is bad and dangerous because it creates the emotional impulse on people to quickly grab the object without properly thinking whether these said item will provide a proper return on investment. Most importantly you and other people who strive for it doesn’t know how much wrong information it might provide.
Old and Unpopular Information is Good because it has been reviewed, well tested by other individuals for you to easily flow Into the information. Because of this you can use others opinions to helpfully guide yourself on whether what information can and cannot be applied.
Okay I am not dirtying on the newer things. Both of them has pros and cons but it’s always the newer things that has the common double cons, because of the amount of hype and impulse it gives of.
A lot of people think that what we do, defines us. The reality is that what we don’t do, defines and influences us so much more.
We only have 24hrs in a day. It means that we only have 1 full energy to release in each day.
So we must carefully pick the single most important thing that we must do.
If we go do the opposite of that well, it would be so much harder to properly laser focus to do our work isn’t it. Distractions will occur so much In different time and place because of it.

The image above shows how much can change if we just pick the one important thing and use our energy only on that task.
Whilst the other shows that if we keep on choosing these different task then nothing will be finished
"Your daily energy might not feel at its peak, but remember that your energy is finite. You have a limited reserve each day.
Will you attempt to build your aspirations after a full day's work?
I've experimented with it, and maintaining consistency is challenging.
Will you work on your dreams while family responsibilities occupy your thoughts?
Likely not.
Simplify the process for yourself.
Begin by waking up early for a week.
Endure the initial discomfort.
Forge it into a habit. The difficulty will soon fade.
You'll even come to relish this time.
If you're young and your responsibilities are few, the principle applies.
You can choose your working hours, but be mindful of the distractions.
Distractions are personal.
I'm not implying that your friends, family, video games, or hobbies are detrimental. Yet, in relation to your dreams, they can impede your progress.
Devote your mornings to work.
Tackle your most vital tasks.
Then enjoy the remainder of your day with a sense of accomplishment, knowing you've already done what you need to do.
Keep this in mind and take action.
That’s all folks. See you next week.
