THE MIND OF A CREATOR

The mind is the driver
The body is the vehicle
Focus will let you travel safely
With a noisy mind it will cloud your way of thinking
It can lead you to undesired path with the feeling of being lost
The vehicle will quickly crash which is what others call it “Burnout”.
Because of how the mind is becoming more and more tired of the things that have been
The mind is a very delicate thing in the human body, it develops slowly as you progress your way into life.
With that said, There is a lot of things to unpack.
Our mind is not good at fixing itself, it requires external factor to internally be “fixed”.
Same as how your sick you seek a doctor’s professional help to be cured from the disease your having
The reason people fail is they can’t lift the emotional weights required to achieve the goals they set.
For every thought of a better life, there are 100 thoughts beating you back down.
Don’t get me started on the vision of yourself living the best life only to be shut down by your own thoughts.
It’s weird right?
We grew up with our mind thinking that it’s our ally. But surprise it became something we work against
Navigating the path of self-confidence is a challenge in itself.
In today's world, as information, responsibilities, and future prospects multiply, confidence can pave the way to success, while its absence can usher in anxiety and setbacks.
Such is the intricate landscape of our contemporary society.
So how do we begin the process of entrusting our minds to be someone who we can work as a friend and not a foe?
THE 5 CODES OF MIND AWARENESS

Recognizing the existence of these guiding principles enables freedom of oneself from a thousand toxic thought patterns.
By directing our attention towards the positive facets of a fulfilling life. We can attain a peace of mind.
Success can mean as someone who is wealthy, happy, physically fit, mentally stable. But success can also mean as having a piece of mind and a clear path towards your life.
So with that, what must be focused to live a simple yet having a positive productive relationship between yourself and work.
1. IDENTIFICATION
At this stage, we begin to understand our reflection in a mirror, the realization dawning that, “This is me.”
The progression of the human mind is a multifaceted and continual process influenced by both genetic predisposition and life experiences.
As we journey through life, our minds become more inquisitive about our true self and purpose.
During the teenage years, an individual's sense of identity often emerges during spontaneous moments with friends and family.
Alternatively, inspiration might come from identifying with a role model who is more superior and authoritative in their eyes and knowledge, and they would begin to envision themselves in that role.
Conversely, some individuals adopt an identity in response to peer pressure, allowing their actions that forced upon them to define who they are.
By doing this, you distance yourself from the situation, becoming enslaved to a false identity. Remaining anchored to past experiences keeps you stagnant.
Breaking free demands a deliberate effort to rewire your mind's responses and perspectives.
To do this:
Take a step back and allocate time to jot down the aspects you perceive as integral to your identity.
Gain insight by putting your old self on other peoples perspective and see how they see you
Create a fresh list outlining the attributes YOU ASPIRE TO EMBODY.
Contrast your original identity list with the new one. Distinguish between my genuine self interest and the one shaped by environment.
"Your identity is like your shadow: not always visible and yet always present."
-Faith Jegede
Consistently observe, recognizing this as an ongoing habit, not a singular occurrence.
Repetition and practice are essential.
2. DIFFERENTIATION
Means how you Differentiate towards others
Realize that each person possesses a unique backstory; your parents, friends, spouse, relatives, schoolmates, all harbor distinct life goals and visions.
Comprehend your strengths, weaknesses, values, and passions. Compile a list to illuminate the potential variances in your perspectives.
Have a life goal and vision to imbue purpose and foster happiness.
Without purpose, one drifts into the sea of mediocrity.
Embrace the commitment to lifelong learning. Foster a growth mindset and continually acquire skills pertinent to your passions, profession, or aspirations.
Remember, education extends beyond formal schooling.
Cultivate meaningful relationships within your industry.
Networking holds the potential for collaborations, chances, and visibility that set you apart.
Contribute to your community by mentoring, volunteering, or sharing specialized knowledge.
Be willing to step outside your comfort zone and take calculated risks.
Facing challenges and embracing opportunities for growth can distinguish you from those who stay within their comfort zones.
3. EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
Involves being aware of emotions, both in oneself and in others, and using this awareness to navigate social interactions, manage relationships, and make informed decisions.
You need to learn to take care about things mentally but not emotionally
Whilst growing up, you must develop a balance between caring deeply and maintaining stress is a skill worth mastering.
Always be reminded that everything doesn’t last
Things will always go wrong, which is why learning how to control your emotions is a key factor to your life
When under a pressure try to:
Stop everything and walk away to relive your mind from the pressure
Try to look at the situation in another man’s shoes. Examine it from all angles.
Take a note and write a gratitude journal. Write the things you are thankful for.
Create a Plan, a backup plan, and a backup plan for the backup plan
Just by doing this you can see how the situation dies down a bit, making everything be divided to small pieces is much more easier to control and fix than a big chunk of it
4. VALUE CLARIFICATION
In my childhood, I found it intriguing that some classmates claimed to comprehend the dynamics of affection. Personally, I struggled to grasp this concept.
These individuals categorized preferences, favoring the 'bad boy,' the 'nerdy,' or the 'good boys,' considering them superior.
Interestingly, seriousness and maturity were often stigmatized among my peers.
It's curious to contemplate how someone can supposedly 'define' the attributes a person's personality should embody.
As I grew up, I frequently pondered whether my values coalesce into a life path.
The question of my life's purpose loomed large.
Some offer the unhelpful and weird advice, 'Just live your life.'
Yet, this proves to be the least constructive advice.
Countless possibilities exist, waiting to be explored.
Instead we are told to just focus on one path
School —> Get good grades —> Get a job —> Retire
I want to clarify that I'm not harboring any hatred towards this.
Undoubtedly, schools provide valuable learning opportunities.
However, observing the current functioning of both educational institutions and society,
It's not hard to deduce why many students are increasingly inclined to abandon conventional paths and pursue their own endeavors.
The idea of doing entrepreneurship will always linger in the back of your mind but there are always these kinds of thoughts that comes with it:
‘Can I do it?’
‘Will I be great at it?’
‘What will my parents think’
‘How about my friends’
‘Nah let’s just forget it I’m not even good at it anyway’
DOUBTS
These are the factors that constrain our vision and journey towards success. While we may not entirely delete them from our lives.
We have the power to gradually silence them.
Life operates in weird ways, and while we can't entirely control it, we must strive to stay on course and avoid pursuits that could jeopardize our well-being.
Here's a practical set of steps for you to follow:
Begin by grabbing a piece of paper and jotting down your goals. Don't limit yourself—write down every idea that comes to mind.
For instance: Achieve high grades, learn coding, master martial arts, etc.
Next, select the 5 most significant goals that are ESSENTIAL for your focus and success. Cross out or eliminate the remaining goals to fully concentrate on these 5 priorities.
On a separate piece of paper, outline your personal philosophy. Identify 10 individuals you admire and aspire to emulate, as well as 8 people you admire for their public speaking, conversational skills, and body language.
Beneath this, list your projects and goals necessary to emulate the qualities of the individuals you admire. Begin with simpler objectives, such as improving your speech fluency and eliminating verbal fillers like 'Ahs' and 'Uhms'."
These steps will provide you with a clear path to follow in pursuit of your goals and personal growth.
"Keep in mind, this process requires time and ongoing iteration.
I suggest setting aside time each Sunday to assess whether your goals and values have changed, ensuring they remain aligned with your journey toward a successful and fulfilling life.
5. SELF COMPASSION
Now, for this final section, let's explore the concept of self-compassion.
We tend to beat ourselves to the ground whenever we did things stupid that doesn’t even align to our vision
These must be stopped
Yes you can be disappointed and that's that
What just happened. Happened, you cannot change that fact and you cannot also live your life in the past. It will hinder you entirely
Just move on and focus entirely on the present moment
Learn to create a list of task that can help you prevent your past mistakes
Write down the things that you’ve learned from that mistakes and provide values that can help others who are suffering with the same mistake as you have
Create a gratitude journal and list down the things that you’re grateful on what you have.
Since most people nowadays get envy on people that they see on social media which is bad bro
Not everyone has the exact same backstory, achievements, failures, losses, families and friends.
So learn to be happy on what you have
De-attach yourself from social media, if your just mindlessly doom scrolling and doing nothing productive or business related about it.
Become someone who forgives himself for the past mistakes he made
This will take practice and some mistakes. Then again, we are supposed to make mistakes, remove the idea of perfection, that kind of ego will eat your mind which is not healthy and good for you
Remember, start by taking things slow and easy; complexity and challenges can follow.
Life is limited, so strive to craft meaningful moments for yourself, loved ones, and friends. Even the simplest gestures matter. Endeavor to offer substantial value to those around you.
Filter out the noises of the crowd, Select the right voice. Then Proceed
That is how we should live our lives
That is all,
Talk to you soon
