UNFCK YOUR LIFE

Break Free from the Bullsht That Holds You Back and Live Your Best Fcking Life

YOLO or You Only Live Once.

It is a statement that is true to its core but has been used in many confusing ways.

As I learned to take life more seriously, I understood why.

The fact that you only have two chances and one body is enough proof of that.

Now, why am I saying you have two chances?

Well, because your first chance started when you were young.

It's when you start to see that life has much to offer, yet you don't even know your purpose and calling.

So you swam to the flow of life without any proper direction.

You become LOST in the process.

I say lost as you see something in life, but you're blind to choose what YOU want.

So, in the process of being lost, failing, depressed, anxious, and overwhelmed.

You'll receive life's gift to you—a second chance.

Now, I'm here to talk about how you can use that 2nd chance and not waste it.

So, let's first start with your mindset and limiting beliefs.

How you think affects how you perceive things.

"The mind is a superb instrument if used rightly. Misused, however, it becomes very destructive. To put it more accurately, it is not so much that you misuse your mind - you usually don't use it at all. It uses you." — Eckhart Tolle.

There is something that I like to use whenever I want to get shit done.

It's Done while you're on a live show.

I want to understand that how you do anything is how you do everything.

If you tell me I'm on a live show, thousands of people, including my family, watch me.

Doesn't that make me realize I should put up my best impressions?

If I say that if you keep doing the shit that you know, that is not helping you.

Yet you still keep doing that. Bro, I want to tell you that you already lost the game of life.

You put shame on yourself, and you've put a stain on your kids, brothers, friends, and family.

And so you should understand your purpose.

Deny it or not, you know there's gnawing in your gut.

That says you have but don't know how to use it.

I'm here, friends, to tell you you're not alone.

So, How do you Unfck Your LIFE?

We'll start with your FOCUS.

The 4 F-Bombs of Focus

Your focus is essential in so many aspects of your life.

You can't build habits and discipline if your focus is all fucked up.

So start by following these four Fs.

  • FIND

  • FILTER

  • FLOW

  • FOLLOW

Understand that these four things are so important that it would be stupid not to do it.

With that, my friends, Let's tackle the first of the four F-Bombs.

FIND

Find out what distracts you and what motivates you.

Identify your sources of distraction and your reasons for wanting to focus.

I'm not going to lie, bro. It is simple to understand, but we ignore it.

We've conditioned our entire life to be distracted by many noises in the outside world.

And in our own devices. Because of that, we've been making stupid decisions so that we can avoid the looks and opinions of others about us.

But bro, let me tell you that these people's judgment about you does nothing.

It would be best to understand that your role on this earth is to observe what others do.

I want you to see how you feel and whether you want something similar.

  • Does this have any impact on me?

  • Does this create a sense of belonging or calling?

  • What are the other possible ways I can do better at this?

Keep asking yourself questions.

Find out what sticks to you and remove the rest.

FILTER

Filter out the noise and the clutter.

Eliminate or minimize the distractions that interfere with your concentration and attention.

You cannot get shit done without being bombarded with distractions.

We keep ourselves distracted to escape our negative thoughts.

One way to help you is to start small.

And then go big.

So here's my recommendation to remove distractions.

PHONE

  • Remove any apps on your homepage, making it less cluttered, and lessen the effects of clicking random applications once you've opened it.

  • Turn your phone into black and white. Go to your settings and enable developer mode. Then go to your additional scenes, and find the switch with 'monochromatic or B/W' in there.

  • Mute all of your notifications and put them on Do Not Disturb.

  • Please put it on airplane mode.

  • Then, put your phone in a separate room.

PC/LAPTOP

  • Clean and declutter the files and apps on your homepage.

  • Please turn it on black and white. You can find it in your settings. Just search for "Color Filters."

  • Be Organized with your files.

YOUTUBE

>> Here are some extensions that I suggest you use.

  • DF Tube (Distraction Free for YouTube™)

  • Hide Latest Video Performance - YT

  • Hide YouTube Thumbnails

  • Hide YouTube viewers and Ratings

  • No Youtube Studio Comment Widget

  • Unhook - Remove YouTube Recommended Videos

  • View Count Hider for YouTube.com

TWITTER or X

I highly suggest that you use "TweetDeck."

It makes working and engaging with other creators easier in less time.

But since Elon made TweetDeck unusable in the latest update of Twitter if you're not a

Subscriber.

Here's an alternative way to access TweetDeck.

  • Go to this site and download it.

  • Click "Code" and download the zip file.

  • Unzip the file after installing it on your computer.

  • Go to your web browser and find your extensions. Enable Developer mode.

  • Drag and drop the Tweetdeck folder on your extensions.

  • And your Done

Another one is the "CALM TWITTER."

The purpose is to create a way for your Twitter viewing to be more straightforward and less addicting.

  • Hide the "Explore" tab from the left column

  • Hide trends and who to follow from the right column

  • Hide the number of replies, retweets, likes, and bookmarks. They appear when you hover the mouse cursor on the tweet

  • Hide view counts

  • Show "Calm" next to the Twitter logo

Additional features (off by default, can be turned on from settings)

  • Hide the number of the following

  • Hide the number of followers

  • Hide numbers of replies, retweets, and likes in detail pages

  • Hide the number of reactions, retweets, and desires, even if you hover the mouse cursor on the tweet

  • Hide Who to follow

  • Hide Topics to follow

  • Change Japanese font from Meiryo to Hiragino on Mac

Remember, this goal is to have a healthy relationship with your device.

Use little time with social media to focus more on your work and family.

FLOW

It's where there is a specific period where your mind has no thoughts.

It's when you hear an artist and musician experience the feeling of being in the zone.

Tapping on this state will make you narrow your focus on a specific task and be done with it.

This state can also be applied not just in your work but also in your relationship.

You have your mind clear of thoughts and are present while someone speaks to you.

It will make them feel heard and would genuinely grow your relationship more.

The significant benefit of the flow state is that you'll be more present and happy with what you're doing.

It will be the peak human experience you can ever ask for.

You want first to remove your flow blockers.

FOLLOW

Follow through with your plan like your life depends on it.

Track your performance relentlessly; it's your mirror.

Celebrate the wins, no matter how small, and dissect the losses for wisdom.

In the end, it's your actions that define you, not your intentions.

THE INVERSION THINKING

You should.

STOP the HOW TO GET RICH and the HOW TO X and Y.

Nobody wants to be in a poor state and have an unhealthy body.

But I can see you not even putting much effort at all with any work you want to get done.

You either procrastinate on the shit that needs to be done. Or you literally won't do it all at all

since you keep putting it off for a long time, and your life is now fucked because of it.

So how about this?

I want you to create a list.

A list of not only it serves you well.

But a list that shows and wakes you up.

You see, human beings are more profound in finding problems than solving those problems.

That's why we have daily issues with our family, friends, work, school, etc.

Create a "HOW TO DESTROY MY LIFE" list.

And write down the things you know that can destroy your reputation and everything.

So here's an example that I wrote.

"HOW TO DESTROY MY LIFE

  1. Wake up whenever you want

  2. Set the alarm and hit SNOOZE

  3. Complain a lot and Point the Blame

  4. Never Improve your mindset

  5. Numb Yourself

  6. Believe that your Special

  7. Go and Tolerate Mediocrity

  8. Always Daydream and Escape Reality"

Please go and stick it on a wall.

Make it a constant reminder whenever you see it.

After writing down the problems that you created and how you can ruin the entirety of your life, you now have the power to do the OPPOSITE direction of what you wrote.

You can do this with anything, not only in your life but also in marriage, money with your children, work/school, family, friends, etc.

Keep this in mind.

I want you to STOP seeking Solutions.

Instead, I want you to CREATE problems and DO the solution after.

By this logic, it will be much easier to solve the things you're struggling with.

The 99% need help with their focus and discipline.

They consider themselves being lost in the sea of mediocrity.

Abiding and mindlessly following things that don't serve their purpose at all.

Since they have yet to learn their purpose and the vision they want to create for their lives.

So they go and "make" something out of their lives.

And fail, then after that, they quit doing THAT something with their life.

Since they need the discipline to be intensely focused on the craft that they're making.

So that's why I want you to realize something in your life.

Your focus and discipline go hand in hand.

Both are important.

It would only work a little if one of them is present.

Once you fix your attention span and become more focused.

It is time to do the same thing but with discipline in your health, wealth, and relationship.

THE FIVE DIMENSIONS OF SELF-MASTERY

Being disciplined is hard.

You and I struggle with it at some point in our lives.

We procrastinate, give up, get distracted, lose motivation, and make excuses.

But there is a way to overcome these challenges and become more disciplined in every aspect of your life.

You need to learn some essential skills to help you achieve your goals, improve your performance, and live a happier and more fulfilling life.

Sounds simple.

Wrong.

It's fucking hard. It takes a lot of effort and commitment.

It also requires that you have the right mindset, fixed habits, and a robust set of values.

I won't lie to you or feed you some bullshit motivational slogans.

I'm here to tell you the truth, even if it hurts.

Because, as a bro, that's what I do.

And I consider you my bro if you're reading this.

With that in mind, we can go and start.

DEFINE

Many of us struggle with this.

You find yourself stuck in a rut that can't find solutions.

For the problems that you're having.

I want you to have a "HOW TO FCK UP MY LIFE" list.

It opens your mind to define the problems that you can control.

So go and do the list and find out the problems.

After that, you can create that list.

You now have the advantage of setting smart goals that can reach you close to the vision you want to create.

DEFEND

Your mind is a total liar, bro.

It gives this BS that stops you from focusing on what you need to do.

It will make you feel inadequate, lazy, fearful, closed-minded, and staying comforted.

It will do its job to make you stay away from discomfort in your life.

So I want you to know.

To hell with this.

Ignore your thoughts.

Fuck these emotions.

They are not your identity.

They are not your desires.

They are different from your necessities.

They are just hurdles that you need to jump over.

So, how do you jump over them?

You DEFEND yourself.

Since our mind likes to create weird and negative ways to degrade our thoughts.

I want you to create a growth mindset.

Always think that every challenge and hardship you face is not there to punish you.

They're just there, a challenge, a reason for growth.

That's how the universe wants to see whether you're worthy of respect.

So tell yourself: "This is not too difficult. I have time. This is not too dull. This is not too risky. This is worthwhile. I need to do this now."

You DEFEND yourself from your shit, and you take action.

That's how you become more disciplined.

That's how you achieve your goals.

That's how you live a better life.

DOCUMENT

Write down everything.

As we all know, our memories are not that good.

And I would not recommend you keep track of things in your mind.

Keep a journal with you, as always.

Find a time when you can write down everything.

It can be about everything that happened that day or the mistakes you've made and the improvements you made. Or Mix them up if you want.

These will serve as your motivation.

You see how you have changed from the years of trial and error that you've made.

You can use this to help others who are suffering the same issues.

DELAY

Most people today are weak.

They can't resist the lure of instant gratification.

No matter what it is. It can be drugs, sex, food, or entertainment.

They would trade their future for a moment of pleasure they know would not serve them.

And then, after the fact, they wonder why they are broke, fat, unhappy, and alone.

I want you to realize I don't want you to be like them.

Be strong. Be disciplined. Be a leader.

Practice delayed gratification.

Learn to invest in yourself, your skills, your health, your relationships, and your wealth.

That is how you can create a legacy that lasts.

Remember: Hard times create strong men.

Weak men create hard times.

Which one are you?

DELIGHT

You work hard, you hustle, you grind.

You deserve to enjoy the fruits of your labor.

But don't get complacent. Don't get soft. Don't get lazy.

Reward yourself with something that fuels your passion, not something that drains your energy.

Celebrate your wins, but remember your losses.

Learn from your mistakes, but don't dwell on them.

Use them as a stepping stone to reach higher levels of success.

Remember: success is not a destination, it's a journey. And the journey never ends.

With that, I want to wrap it up.

The lessons that I provided here are essential to note.

You will only become something if you start to do something.

So, to recap on what we've learned.

The 4 F-Bombs of Focus

Find: Find out what distracts you and what motivates you. Identify your sources of distraction and your reasons for wanting to focus.

Filter: Filter out the noise and the clutter. Eliminate or minimize the distractions that interfere with your concentration and attention. For example, turn off your phone, close your tabs, or wear headphones.

Focus: Focus on the task at hand and the goal ahead. Use techniques and strategies that help you stay focused and engaged. For example, you could use a timer, a checklist, or a reward system.

Follow:

  1. Follow through with your plan and your progress.

  2. Track your performance and your improvement.

  3. Celebrate your achievements and learn from your mistakes.

The Inversion Thinking

Create a list that talks about how you can destroy your entire life.

And do the exact opposite.

And lastly.

The Five Dimensions of Self-Mastery

Define: Identify the areas you struggle most and set SMART goals for each.

Defend: Notice the thoughts and emotions that drain you from discipline and challenge them with positive affirmations, rational arguments, or alternative actions.

Document: Write down and set reminders to keep track of your progress and stay motivated.

Delay: Practice delayed gratification to resist the temptation of immediate rewards that may sabotage your long-term goals.

Delight: Reward yourself with something you enjoy after completing your tasks or reaching your milestones.

As Albert Einstein once said

"Nothing happens until something moves."

With that, If you want to learn more about how there are new opportunities in life.
